Ypres (also known as Ieper) is a quaint town with a haunting history in the Belgian province of West Flanders. Being such a small town I wasn't expecting much but I was totally surprised and swept away by its charm.
In August, I spent an incredible week in Crete, Greece's largest island. It's a fantastic holiday destination with so much to offer to suit every kind of traveller.
